Windhorse C2 Cargo

Great scooter, fun and easy to ride. The only reason for 4 stars not 5, because I like the C3 a lot, is because it doesn't have quite enough power for even smaller hills. I have to use my feet to get up a small hill in my neighborhood. But aside from that it's a great product

My girlfriend’s mom was riding the C3 MAX and was hit by a car and the little basket saved her leg. She’s alright. The little scooter on the other hand has a bent front rim, some bent foot pegs, and the speedometer/throttle is broken. Overall a great quality product and plan on buying another one soon.

Good for gig work

The Windhorse C3 is a great piece of equipment!!!I.It'ssturdy and quick! It can reach 22 mph from start of 1city block to the end of the block. It gets up and goes!! Great brakes and great suspension! Highly recommend this model for getting around town and small shopping needs as well as transporting a child as it has a back independent seat!!!

We love this as double seat electric scooter which we use four two people short distance traveling.

It arrived with installation kits but without instruction. We figured it out quickly. Not so bad to us, but others might concern.

After couple months usage, there are few pro and con side of this scooter.

Comfortable wise, seat is a bit hard. During traveling, we could feel a bit bumpy, but not too uncomfortable.

***The major concern***
Although we love this beauty, we do have one safety concern based on our experience. The power kicks in very quickly from a stop, so the initial acceleration feels a bit aggressive. We also found the twist throttle quite sensitive and easy to activate unintentionally. With such quick initial acceleration, an accidental twist can cause the bike to move forward much faster than expected. Recommend practice few times prior get on road with it.

The suspension makes a noticeable difference compare to our previous one from other brand, this one gives a much smoother and more comfortable ride, especially over bumps and uneven surfaces.

We experience flat tire after few months of purchase. After speaking with customer support, I found they are friendly and sincerely trying to assist us resolve issue. Pleasant with this brand.

After all, we highly recommend purchase with them. If we decide to had third one, they will be our considerate if the improve models.

Decided to purchase the Windhorse C3 Max sight unseen...based on strong quality reviews as well as how well it's specs suggested it wasn't an accident waiting to happen but sturdily built and reliable. I purchased direvctly from manufacturer's website which was very easy to navigate. Shipping was less than a week and I am quite pleased.

I love this scooter! My son and I went riding on a trail last weekend and it was wonderful. One thing I will say is that if you want the heavier side, but still don’t exceed the capacity you’re gonna have trouble getting up incline. My son weighs 151 lbs and he couldn’t get it to go. On flat ground and even through gravel, this scooter performed wonderfully the seat wasn’t as comfortable for me so I had to purchase another seat. What I would like is to have a cupholder for my water because we were out there in the heat that day and had to keep it in the backpack. Another thing that I found a bit uncomfortable, where the foot rest I think they need to be a bit wider because you can only put a small portion of your foot on it to rest which tends to be a bit uncomfortable if you’re riding on this for any elongated period of time. Overall, this scooter handled wonderfully except on inclines. I like the updated cargo basket that I saw on another model recently that opened on one side.

Amazing!! I just dont like the twist throttle i feel like it shouldve been made with a trigger throttle. The twist throttle can cause alot of accidents for beginners. & i feel it couldve came with better back pedals and some mirrors to see behind

This is an amazing scooter. It came ahead of time thanks to the amazing people at the Windhorse. I have reached out to them and explained that this was one of their birthday presents, and I was trying to pay extra to get it expedited. Well they did not charge me extra. They make sure that it showed up two weeks early ahead of the scheduled delivery. This kind of customer service is unheard of these days. I highly recommend shopping with these guys. I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

This is so much fun to ride! It’s been great so far, only when I went to refill air in the back tire the inner tube popped. Is there a way I can receive support on replacing it?

It's everything I expected it to be, wasn't able to unpack and finish assembly right away, when I did it was easy. Use it daily around the complex and small commutes

Good quality scooter all around.
If torque from electric motor could be improved a bit to get over some of the hills and overpasses around town that would make the C2 a 5-star ride.

Very happy with my purchase... solid product!

I like it. Fits easily in my trunk. Not too heavy. Folds easy. Headset has a sort of notch rather than a fully smooth movement.

Well I’ve hard my mare for 2 weeks. And have been getting my dog and I used to it around the farm. It’s perfect for me and my little.

The packaging ended up scratching the grip tape slightly, and I discovered that I'm missing a bolt for my kickstand. 😣
I got the C2 for Christmas last year, and I definitely recommend either scooter. Now, I just have to find a bolt that fits...

Best quality best quality that's all I can say the best the best of the best this thing is not made for trashing this is one sturdy durable bike that will last the duration and thank God they have a home office there in Huntington Beach so you can order parts for it when you need new tires or something but let me tell you something this I was way impressed with the with the build of this one complete full frame with no weak spots in it at all all rounded carbon steel it's not going to crack or fall apart you know it is sturdy if this thing was to get hit by a freaking car your scooter would still be okay I promise that my God I am impressed with the build of this thing thank you so much for the value and the craftsmanship on this one I really appreciate it

The C3 is just what I hoped it would be. It is built with quality and easy to operate. It took about 30 minutes to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. It will be getting a lot of use.
